What's New was born from the savvy minds of a new homes team with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Specializing in new home sales, they noticed in 2020, when housing inventory plummeted, that homebuyers began to feel anxious and pressured about where to purchase their next home.

What's New realized there was an opportunity to help homebuyers see what they could see—that the new homes market was still moving dirt and building neighborhoods, but because these homes weren’t listed yet, nobody knew about them!

So the solution was simple… show Buyers what’s coming!

With that insight, What’s New was launched and is now available to be replicated in new markets around the southeast.
